Description:

This Cello was made as part of my final year at Newark School of Violin Making, using the Gore Booth Cello as a basis and then slightly adjusted to be more in line with modern setups, the original, as all Stradivari instruments made in the Baroque period with gut strings and lower tension. I really enjoyed making this instrument and it is one of my best pieces of work. The instrument has a rich and responsive tone and I have had really good reviews from people who have played it.
